What is the cost of Enrolio?

NO – our model works in the same way as, say, Shopify. You only pay for transacting fees so there’s no extra monthly commitments.

What are the fees?

Enrol.io charges 3% inc. VAT on all transactions. In order to use our software, each school/club needs to sign up to Stripe which acts as the secure banking partner.

Are we the right size to benefit from Enrolio?

Is my school too small/big to work with enrol.io?

ABSOLUTLEY NOT! We currently have schools and clubs from 25 to 925 students using enrol.io.

We run lots of Shows – does Enrol.io work for these?

Absolutley! Enrol.io is designed to manage all areas of your school/club and we know how important shows and events are 🙂

I have lots of teachers – do I pay more?

NO – there is no limit on the number of users on the platform.

We are part of a larger franchise?

PERFECT! Enrol.io works with franchisors and franchisees. If you like the look of the platform and would like your franchisor to consider adopting it then they can reach out for a bespoke conversation.

We also sell uniform?

NOT A PROBLEM – we also have a great shop functionality to facilitate merchandise selling and shipping if needs be. These can be purchased directly from the parent account. This is a great way to monitor your add-on sales too!

What about event ticketing? Do you do that?

GREAT QUESTION! We don’t but we are building the functionality at the moment and it will be available next year.

We take termly payments at the moment?

NO PROBLEM – the system can handle different payment frequencies. However, in this day and age, parents prefer to budget monthly and we’d recommend considering this expecially if you’re planning on growing your school/club.

I don’t have mobile signal and the venue won’t let me have WiFi access?

Not a problem! Our software works offline and updates as and when it has connectivity. This means it is very speedy and easy to use regardless of internet service.

I don’t have a laptop – only a phone?

NOT A PROBLEM! Functionality is the same on a phone as it is on a computer. Initial setup might take a little longer on a smaller screen but otherwise you are free to engage with your customers on any device.

How do we transfer our data to enrol.io?

Our automated system will extract all of the information you currently have. It will then get checked (and checked again!) before ‘going live’ on your end.

Does Enrolio work for Parents?

How do parents access enrol.io?

Simply by downloading from the App store or Play store. Their email will serve as their customer id and allow them to login.

What if we have an issue at the weekend?

We know that most classes take place in evenings and at weekends – that’s why our support is ramped up at these busy times so you can always access your data.

My daughter also goes to Cheerleading – we’d love then to use enrol.io
